Chillz Frozen Custard began serving frozen custard to the citizens
of Albuquerque during the summer of 2009.

What is frozen custard?

It is a super premium ice cream product, which we make fresh
everyday from the highest quality ingredients. Custard has a distinctly
smoother texture than ice cream because we incorporate less air and
less frozen water into the mix.

Frozen custard contains 1.4% egg yolk, which adds to its creaminess.
Despite the decadent taste, frozen custard actually contains 60% less
butter fat than most ice cream products.
